Vaastu Fish bringing good luck!

Hotel owner Srinivas, has turned to fish to bring him good luck. "After I purchased an Arowana vaastu fish, I saw a lot of improvement in my business. I then bought one more gold Arowana fish and have kept it there," he told.

He's not the only one in the twin cities who are putting their chips on fish and suddenly these vaastu fish are in huge demand here. These rare species are on sale at the Hubli fish market near Ganesh Peth. People throng the aquarium and some people place orders of their choice well in advance.

These vaastu fish are priced between Rs 40 and Rs 1.5 lakh. But people don't mind shelling out a steep price as they believe it brings them good fortune.
